Meet Lukie, Director of Society for Process Consulting
Lukie Wells is a Senior Design Partner at Design Group International and the Director of the Society for Process Consulting. She has 35 years of professional experience in the independent school, family-owned business and museum sectors. As an educator and passionate supporter of Heads of School and Executive Directors, Lukie brings together stakeholders for positive discourse to preserve a sense of mission and vision as an organization builds its value proposition and the capacity to be self-sustaining.
Whether working in a coaching relationship or in partnerships, teams or large organizations, clients will identify their strengths to build capacity for improving efficiencies and functions within their organization. The competencies and skills that define Process Consulting are a perfect match for Lukie’s work in succession planning, strategic planning, crisis management and community engagement efforts. Individuals and teams have benefited from her deep experience and expertise during times of change or the recognition of needing to improve a system or team dynamics.
Lukie holds a B.A. from Boston University, a M.S. from Portland State University and an M.S.O.D. from University of Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Process Consultant, a Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation and a Certified practicioner in Group Dynamics.

Meet Dawn
Dawn Y. Graber is the founder of WILrise, Women in Leadership rise, senior consultant, and executive coach through Design Group International. Her experience in educational leadership equips her as a curriculum designer and presenter in uniquely targeted leadership courses, Society coursework, and WILrise cohorts.
She holds certifications as an Advanced Process Consultant, an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach, is certified by Cornell in Women in Leadership and is a Positive Intelligence Coach and MyGrow Champion. Unleashing her clients’ full transforming influence is her passion in promoting safe and engaging cultures where each person can show up in their full voice.
Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Education specializing in curriculum and instruction from Eastern Mennonite University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College. Meet Elizabeth

Meet Lon
Lon L. Swartzentruber is Co-CEO of Design Group International. He has nearly 30 years of professional experience in human and organizational development, helping leaders and their organizations transform for a vibrant future. As a Process Consultant he has supported the leadership of over 150 Clients and their organizations.
Through this work, Lon has walked alongside organizational leaders to help them articulate their vision and craft strategic plans to achieve them. By taking a posture of listening, his service has helped leaders build consensus, obtain funding, and engage true and lasting change.
Lon earned his B.A. in Business from Goshen College and MBA from George Mason University. He holds multiple credentials including Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, Executive Process Consultant by the Society for Process Consulting, and an Accredited Practitioner with iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram. Meet Matt
Matt Visser serves as a Senior Design Partner at Design Group International, where he is dedicated to empowering leaders, teams, and organizations to flourish. With a rich background in guiding college students toward discovering their purpose, Matt now focuses on leading individuals and organizations toward personal and collective flourishing.
As a process consultant, Matt collaborates closely with leaders to navigate challenges, uncover creative solutions, and achieve their objectives through transformational processes. He emphasizes the importance of trust and collaboration to foster lasting impact.
In addition to his role at Design Group International, Matt is a facilitator with the Society for Process Consulting. He specializes in mentoring consultants as they establish their consulting practices and facilitates the PCT 301 course, which centers on executive thinking, design thinking, process visualization, and system complexity.
Through his multifaceted roles, Matt remains committed to walking alongside leaders and consultants, guiding them toward sustainable success and organizational health.

Meet Peter
Peter A. Schein is the co-founder and head of the Organizational Culture and Leadership Institute (OCLI.org) in Menlo Park, CA. Prior to OCLI.org, Peter was a strategy and corporate development executive at large and small technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Apple, SGI, Concentric Network (XO), Packeteer (Blue Coat), Sun Microsystems, and other start-up ventures. Peter was educated at Stanford University (BA, Social Anthropology), Northwestern University (MBA, Kellogg Graduate School of Management) and University of Southern California (HCEO Certificate).
