Our trained Course Facilitators are thought leaders and practitioners in the field of Process Consulting. Each has written widely on the humble inquiry approach to helping and speaks internationally on the Process Consulting approach to human and organizational transformation.
Meet Dawn
Dawn Y. Graber is the founder of WILrise, Women in Leadership rise, senior consultant, and executive coach through Design Group International. Her experience in educational leadership equips her as a curriculum designer and presenter in uniquely targeted leadership courses, Society coursework, and WILrise cohorts.
She holds certifications as an Advanced Process Consultant, an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach, is certified by Cornell in Women in Leadership and is a Positive Intelligence Coach and MyGrow Champion. Unleashing her clients’ full transforming influence is her passion in promoting safe and engaging cultures where each person can show up in their full voice.
Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Education specializing in curriculum and instruction from Eastern Mennonite University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goshen College. Meet Kim
Kim Stezala is a co-founder and facilitator at The Society for Process Consulting, creating a community for process consultants with standards and ethics, coursework, and credentials.
She has nearly 30 years of experience in nonprofit, education and business sectors in management, volunteer and founder roles. She helps organizations achieve better outcomes and impact through “figuring things out together.” Her inclusive and collaborative approach is a hallmark of Process Consulting, and her instructional style.
She has been a speaker and presenter across the U.S. and has previously co-facilitated the Society’s foundational courses.
Kim earned her master's degree in Urban Studies, bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/PR, and certificate in Nonprofit Management all from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is an Executive Process Consultant™ through The Society for Process Consulting. Learn more about Kim here.
Meet Lon
Lon L. Swartzentruber is Managing Partner and CEO of Design Group International. He has nearly 30 years of professional experience in human and organizational development, helping leaders and their organizations transform for a vibrant future. As a Process Consultant he has supported the leadership of over 150 Clients and their organizations.
Through this work, Lon has walked alongside organizational leaders to help them articulate their vision and craft strategic plans to achieve them. By taking a posture of listening, his service has helped leaders build consensus, obtain funding, and engage true and lasting change.
Lon earned his B.A. in Business from Goshen College and MBA from George Mason University. He holds multiple credentials including Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, Executive Process Consultant by the Society for Process Consulting, and an Accredited Practitioner with iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram. Meet Mark
Mark L. Vincent created Process Consultation Training 101 (PCT 101) to help other consultants live into the vocation of process consulting and thrive as individual consultants.
He seeks to build the talent pipeline in this iterative, inquiry-based form of consulting to help organizations transform for a brighter future. He helps individuals, teams, organizations and businesses apply the tenets of process consulting to help them grow and expedite results.
Mark is also the Founder of Design Group International, a process consulting community of practice started in 2011 that has grown exponentially to create positive impact across the globe. Read more about Mark here.
