HELPING OUR WORLD THRIVE THROUGH THE POWER OF PROCESS CONSULTING
What is Process Consulting?
Process Consulting is an iterative form of humble inquiry and counsel. In this form of helping, the Process Consultant walks alongside a Client to co-create helpful process to the challenges and opportunities the Client is experiencing. A Process Consultant’s purpose is not to provide ready-made solutions. Rather to advance the Client’s growth and learning through authentic discovery and co-creating a helpful path forward towards the Client's transformation.
Organizations and businesses dealing with complex change, adaptation, or needed transformation benefit from this approach. The Process Consulting approach honors an organization's social, relational, cultural, and psychological dynamics involved in transformation.
The field of Process Consulting was first developed nearly 50 years ago by the late Dr. Edgar Schein, who was Professor Emeritus at MIT Sloan School of Management. Through the Society for Process Consulting we seek to advance his foundational work.

What does success look like for us?
For us, success looks like 3 simple things. In meeting these 3 desired outcomes, we believe that practitioners in the field of Process Consulting will be able to deliver more help faster to organizations and their leaders in need of transformation.
"During and following my time in PCT101 our practice found our focus clarified, our network expanded and with added capacity, our marketing strategy better resourced and strengthened, and our marketplace effectiveness increased. We are growing at breakneck speed."
